My name is Brad McNeill, and I am an abstract/impressionist painter. I have loved art since a very young age. As an only child, I spent a lot of time alone, finding things to occupy my time. I first started drawing and then moved to some watercolors, mainly of golf courses or football players. I studied art throughout high school and into college. It was through these experiences that I found oil and acrylic mediums and started experimenting in the abstract. The unknown outcomes of impressionist art spoke to me and liberated me enough to follow this path to its conclusion. I received a fine arts minor in college while majoring in Media and Advertising. I currently work with many decorators, home designers, art galleries, and furniture stores, along with many long-time valued customers. My wife Rachel and I are both from Edmond, OK, and currently live there with our two kids, Addi and Brody.
I believe the greatest painter is God, and there is no better painting than an Oklahoma sunset which no man can duplicate. There are many wonderful, Oklahoma artists, and I am humbled and blessed to be a part of the art community.
